I was facing back flow issue with my Lacte Duet and have lodged a report to the customer service. Being adviced to send back my unit for service and further investigation, I was quite impressed with the quick feedback by their customer service personnel- Helmi. The stain of spare part has been cleaned and got a collection kit replacement. I have nothing to complain about. You did a good job Lacte, and I will be one loyal customer. :)
